All fees other than the CodingGita program fees—including university fees, and optional hostel or PG expenses—are non-refundable, as they are collected and regulated by external institutions.

- Examination fees shall be payable separately at the time of each semester examination and are currently approximately ₹250 per subject per semester, as per applicable University norms. The examination fees may be revised or changed by the University from time to time.
- Convocation fees shall also be payable separately during the final year at the time of graduation.

- Air Conditioning: Students using A/C facilities will be charged a separate monthly fee of Rs. 9 per unit consumed.

Refund Policy
Refund & Policy
CodingGita fees follow a separate refund structure from university and accommodation charges. The summary below explains eligibility, guarantees, and external fee rules in a simple format.
Key Rule
All refunds apply only to CodingGita program fees. External charges such as university tuition, hostel, and PG fees are handled by their own institutions and remain non-refundable.
Refund Window
15 working days
From the date a written request or email is received.
Refund Eligibility
Students must maintain a minimum 80% attendance in each semester. If attendance falls below 80% in any semester, the student becomes ineligible for any refund.
Placement-Based Refund Guarantee
B.Tech: full refund if no job offer above ₹6 LPA within 6 months after graduation. D2D: full refund if no job offer above ₹5 LPA within 6 months after completion. GST is excluded.
Refund Request Process
Students must submit a written request or email to initiate the refund. Refunds are processed within 15 working days.
Mid-Semester Withdrawal
Fees for the ongoing semester are non-refundable. If a student exits the program, no charges apply for upcoming semesters.
Non-Refundable External Fees, Exit Flexibility, and Additional Terms
University tuition fees, hostel/PG fees, and other external charges are non-refundable and governed by their respective institutions. Students can leave the program anytime and will not be obligated to pay future CodingGita fees after exit. Students must also follow the code of conduct and academic integrity requirements. CodingGita may use student work or testimonials for academic or promotional purposes. This agreement is governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.
